
Brian Troiano is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, mentor, and devoted family man whose career and life are built on the pillars of service, integrity, and faith.
A proud graduate of West Babylon High School and the University of South Florida, Brian earned honors at both institutions before launching into a career that would span digital marketing, business leadership, and community impact. Today, he serves as the CEO of RVV Corp, a Tampa-based digital marketing agency known for its values-led approach to client success.
Prior to RVV Corp, Brian led multiple companies to remarkable success, including overseeing the multi–8-figure sale of Troiano Property Solutions, Inc. and Troiano International, Inc. Through it all, he’s stayed grounded in his mission: to build people up, empower them with confidence, and help them reach their full potential.
That same mission drives Brian’s work off the clock — most notably as a Little League coach and Board Member at Keystone Little League, where he’s led teams to championship titles while building something far more meaningful: the character and confidence of the next generation.
His impact has not gone unnoticed. Families frequently share how Brian’s mentorship has transformed their children’s lives — and it’s those moments, more than titles or exits, that define his legacy.
A born-again Christian, Brian is deeply rooted in his faith and actively serves at Grace Family Church and Tampa Church of Christ, where he’s part of the “Courageous” men’s Bible study. His belief in leading by example — at home, in business, and in ministry — continues to inspire those around him.
Above all, Brian is most proud of his 19-year marriage and his role as a loving father to three children. His life’s work is a testament to the idea that true success isn’t just what you build — it’s who you build up.
